Finding a bra that fits perfectly is a fundamental problem and it affects us all. There are plenty of websites that will sell you a pretty bra (and we've reviewed some of the best UK bra websites) but it is very difficult to get the fit just right.

We can suggest how you can measure your own bust size and work out your bra size. As you probably know, your bust size changes over time depending on your age, weight, time of the month and so on, so it's important to know how to measure yourself correctly.
